Terms and Condition :

Number of persons included in the reservation is 2 persons/per room, include breakfast (Mangsit Suites & Beach Garden Private Pool Suites; 4 persons)
Each room can accommodate 1 extra bed, charge IDR 350,000 with breakfast (Mangsit Suites & Beach Garden Private Pool Suites; 2 extra beds)
Additional person allowed in one room is 1 adult with surcharge IDR 350,000 for extra bed and breakfast, or 2 children 6 - 12 years old with surcharge IDR 350,000 for an extra bed and breakfasts.
Child under 6 years get free breakfast and stay free when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of baby cot in a room is 1, infants and baby cot free of charge.

Modification and Cancellation Policy:

No deposit required
Booking modification will be subject to hotel availability and the additional payment associated with rebooking (example: seasonal surcharge/compulsory dinner)
If you cancel your reservation up to 5 days before date of arrival, no penalty will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, the 25% of your full-length reservation will be charged.
Reservations after check in cannot be cancelled or modified.
Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Taxes and Additional Charges

Additional Charges: 10% Government Tax and 11% Service Charge is included in the total reservation.
