Dear Valued Guest,

Warm greetings from Holiday Resort Lombok,

We are pleased to share an update on our sustainability journey through the achievements of our Holiday Eco Farm Production in March 2026.

During this month, our eco farm successfully harvested a diverse range of fresh produce grown naturally within the resort grounds. The harvest included 70.13 kg of lettuce, 14.80 kg of avocados, 4.54 kg of gumitir (marigold), 3.43 kg of red ginger, 10.39 kg of pokcoy, 14.23 kg of eggplant, 3.00 kg of rosella, 4.61 kg of bananas, 0.60 kg of mint, 3.13 kg of papayas, 0.23 kg of okra, and 0.28 kg of laksa leaves, along with 695 coconuts.

Many of these ingredients are utilized directly in our restaurants, supporting our farm-to-table dining concept while reducing food miles and ensuring the freshest quality for our guests.

We are also delighted to invite our guests to experience our eco farm firsthand through our harvesting program. Guests are welcome to join every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 09:00–10:00 AM and 03:00–04:00 PM, offering a unique opportunity to connect with nature and learn more about our sustainable farming practices.

In addition to our eco farm production, we continue to strengthen our waste management efforts. Throughout March, our team successfully managed and processed 1,288 kg of organic waste internally. This initiative helps reduce the burden on local landfill sites while transforming organic waste into compost that nourishes our gardens and eco farm.

These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to responsible hospitality—preserving nature, supporting local ecosystems, and creating meaningful experiences for our guests.

Thank you for being part of our sustainability journey. Every stay at Holiday Resort Lombok contributes to a greener and more responsible future.

Warm regards,
Holiday Resort Lombok
